1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GetFree.APP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

GetFree.APP is a community platform that serves as a companion to official app stores, where independent app developers can voluntarily share promotional codes with users who are interested in discovering and trying new applications.

We facilitate direct connections between developers and engaged community members, enabling developers to receive authentic feedback and users to discover apps they might enjoy.

What GetFree.APP Is:

A community for app enthusiasts, early adopters, and indie developers
A companion platform to official app stores for discovery
A place for developers to voluntarily share promo codes
A feedback channel for authentic user reviews within our community

3. What We Are Not

To be clear about our role in the app ecosystem, GetFree.APP explicitly is NOT:

An app store, marketplace, or retailer of applications
A substitute or alternative to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
A service that sells, distributes, installs, or updates applications
A platform that sets prices or controls app availability
A service designed to manipulate app store rankings or charts
An advertising or user acquisition platform for app promotion

All apps discovered through GetFree.APP must be downloaded through their respective official app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). We simply provide information about apps and facilitate the voluntary sharing of promotional codes by developers.

4. Relationship with App Stores

Independence

GetFree.APP is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Apple Inc., Google LLC, or their respective app stores in any way. We operate as a companion service that works alongside the official app store ecosystem.

Official Channels

All app downloads occur through official channels (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). GetFree.APP does not host, distribute, install, or update applications on your device. We provide information about apps and facilitate the sharing of promotional codes.

Legitimate Promo Codes

Promo codes shared on GetFree.APP are official codes generated through the respective app stores' standard promotional code systems and shared voluntarily by developers. We do not support or facilitate the use of unauthorized, pirated, or illegally obtained access to applications.

Trademarks

"App Store" is a trademark of Apple Inc. "Google Play" is a trademark of Google LLC. All other trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Use of these names is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement.

5. User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Use only one account per person

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or attempt to manipulate our platform or official app stores in any way.

7. App Store Integrity Policy

GetFree.APP is committed to maintaining the integrity of official app stores and supporting honest, organic app discovery. We strictly prohibit any activities that could manipulate or undermine app store systems.

Users Must Not:

Coordinate with others to artificially inflate app ratings or reviews on official app stores
Leave reviews on official app stores in exchange for any incentive, compensation, or at anyone's request
Participate in any scheme designed to manipulate app store rankings, charts, or search results
Use automation, bots, or scripts to claim codes or interact with the platform
Create multiple accounts to circumvent claiming limits or manipulate the platform
Download apps solely to inflate download counts without genuine interest

Developers Must Not:

Use GetFree.APP as a tool to artificially boost app store rankings or chart positions
Request, incentivize, or encourage users to leave positive reviews on app stores
Coordinate download campaigns with the intent to manipulate charts or rankings
Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information about their apps
Represent GetFree.APP as a guaranteed user acquisition or ranking boost service
Submit apps that violate Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies

Consequences

Violations of this policy may result in:

Immediate account suspension or permanent termination
Removal of all associated apps from the platform
Reporting to Apple, Google, or other relevant authorities
Permanent ban from the platform and all related services

We actively monitor for suspicious activity and cooperate with app stores to maintain ecosystem integrity. Our goal is to facilitate genuine discovery, not to game any system.

8. Developer Terms

If you submit apps or promo codes to the platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate app information and descriptions

Only submit codes legitimately generated through official app store systems

Ensure codes are valid and redeemable at time of submission

Comply with all Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies

Not submit malicious, harmful, or deceptive content

Respond to user feedback professionally and constructively

Important Understanding for Developers

GetFree.APP does not guarantee any specific number of downloads, users, or results
We are not an advertising, marketing, or user acquisition service
Sharing codes on our platform is for community discovery, not chart manipulation
You may not represent visibility on GetFree as justification for any app store manipulation

9. User Content & Reviews

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform.

Reviews on GetFree.APP

Reviews and feedback shared on GetFree.APP are for our community members and remain within our platform. These reviews are separate from and do not appear on official app store pages. We do not transfer, copy, or sync reviews to any app store.

Content must not:

Be false, misleading, or defamatory

Infringe on intellectual property

Contain spam or malware

Harass or discriminate against others

Be posted in exchange for compensation

Be coordinated or inauthentic

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Selling, trading, or transferring claimed promo codes

Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to claim codes

Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits

Sharing account credentials with others

Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the platform

Impersonating other users or developers

Using the service for any illegal purpose

Scraping or harvesting data from the platform

Interfering with the proper operation of the service

Circumventing any security or access controls

11. Subscription Plans

Premium subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase as outlined in our refund policy. All in-app purchases are processed through official app store payment systems.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on GetFree.APP belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission. App names, icons, and descriptions displayed on our platform are the property of their respective developers and are shown for informational purposes only.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of information, or the quality of third-party apps or codes.

No Guarantee of Codes

Promo code availability is determined entirely by developers. We do not guarantee that any particular app will have codes available, that codes will work, or that codes will remain available for any period of time.

No Endorsement

Listing an app on GetFree.APP does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of that app's quality, safety, or suitability for any purpose.

Third-Party Content

Apps and promo codes are provided by third-party developers over whom we have no control. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, privacy practices, or any other aspect of third-party applications.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetFree.APP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from invalid promo codes, app malfunctions, or any actions taken by third-party developers.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
